Google introduced Android on-device AI seal, or AISeal, as a hardware-isolated vault for personal context used by AI assistants. It builds on Android’s Virtualization Framework and protected KVM. Google says isolated storage is the current rollout milestone; running models and autonomous agents inside the vault is planned for later. The design and protections are Google’s claims and have not been independently tested in this report.
