A connected development platform
CoreWeave announced Forge on September 30 as a platform for building and improving AI models and agents. The company says it connects training runs, experiment tracking, agent traces, evaluations and inference in one environment, while allowing teams to use other models, frameworks and clouds. Forge combines Weights & Biases Models, OpenPipe post-training work, marimo-based notebooks and CoreWeave infrastructure. CoreWeave says MasterClass and Canva are already building on the platform.
Availability and open questions
CoreWeave says Forge is available now in Free, Pro and Enterprise editions. Its announcement lists ARIA, an experiment-analysis coding agent, and isolated Sandboxes as generally available, while an inference feature called RL Rollouts is still in preview. Agent Lens is presented as a new observability tool for production agents. Claims about faster training, lower costs or improved failure detection come from CoreWeave’s own comparisons and have not been independently verified in the reviewed announcement. The important change is the assembled product and its availability; how well its components work together across outside clouds remains to be tested by users.
