HackerRank Chakra AI interviewer general availability

HackerRank made Chakra, its AI interviewer for technical hiring, generally available to customers on October 5 after about six months in beta, TechCrunch reported. Candidates work on a real-world coding task with an AI assistant while Chakra observes their process and asks follow-up questions. HackerRank says the system evaluates judgment, critical thinking and AI fluency. The company says people, not the AI, make final hiring decisions; its claims about assessment quality and fairness require independent scrutiny.
