ServiceNow AI Workflow Factory launch

ServiceNow announced AI Workflow Factory at its Mumbai World Forum on October 6. The company says the product links Process Mining, workflow-building tools and App Engine in a cycle intended to identify process problems, build improvements and run them under AI Control Tower oversight. It says the factory is globally available now, while Autonomous Engineer, a related capability for planning, building and testing implementation work, is available only through early access on request. The announcement also describes extending the governed workflow to third-party agents through Action Fabric. Claimed speed and business benefits come from ServiceNow’s own release and have not been independently established by the reviewed source.
