SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI rename plan timeline
Elon Musk said in an X reply that SpaceX’s AI unit would be renamed SpaceXSI, Reuters reported on October 4. He was responding to a question about replacing the “AI” in SpaceXAI with “SI” for Super Intelligence. Reuters said the unit’s X account had not changed at the time of publication and Musk gave no implementation date or additional details. The statement is a naming plan, not confirmation that a corporate or product rename has taken effect.
