ServiceNow launches AI Workflow Factory for enterprise processes

The new product connects process mining, workflow building and deployment; its Autonomous Engineer feature remains in early access.

Why now ServiceNow dated its World Forum Mumbai announcement October 6; Google News listed it at 04:35 UTC.

Connecting process discovery to deployment

ServiceNow announced AI Workflow Factory at its World Forum event in Mumbai on October 6. The company describes it as a continuous process-improvement loop: Process Mining identifies work to change against business measures, Autonomous Engineer and Build Agent help create improvements, and App Engine runs the resulting workflows. ServiceNow says AI Control Tower provides oversight of the workflows, decisions and agent actions. It also says Action Fabric can extend the same approach to third-party agents and tools. These are product capabilities described by the company, not independently measured outcomes for customers.

Two different availability states

ServiceNow says AI Workflow Factory is globally available now. Its related Autonomous Engineer capability, including planning, building and testing implementation work, is offered only in early access on request. That distinction matters because the announcement also describes ambitious autonomous coding workflows that are not presented as generally available. ServiceNow argues the combined tools can shorten projects from months to days and help enterprises improve processes repeatedly. The reviewed announcement provides no independent comparison establishing that speed or showing how reliably the loop performs across existing customer systems. The concrete change is an available workflow product with a more limited developer capability alongside it.
