AI-DLC Workflows timeline
AI-DLC Workflows adds a shared software-delivery methodology to Claude Code, Kiro, Codex CLI, Cursor, opencode and GitHub Copilot. It is a workflow engine integrated with those assistants, rather than a new language model or a replacement editor. Its English documentation describes persistent project state, review evidence, human approval gates and profiles for different types of development work.
The native installer supports macOS, Linux, WSL and Windows PowerShell. A project is configured with aidlc config --harness <name> and checked with aidlc doctor. The native path does not require Node.js or Bun; manual runtime copying requires Bun. Model access stays with the selected host and provider, including their credentials and costs. The project declares an MIT-0 license. Stable version 2.11.0 was published October 8, 2026; later source commits and previews should be evaluated separately from that stable package.
