This Apache-2.0 community checkpoint targets MOSS-Image-Base, rather than the separate MOSS-Image-SFT distillation family. The repository appeared October 18, 2026, and received its update-12000 EMA checkpoint at 07:24 UTC.
The author recommends loading its LoRA alone on the stock Base transformer for ordinary flow-matching sampling at CFG 1 and four to eight steps. The alternative training-time sampler has additional FP32 precision requirements. The release is explicitly work in progress and provides no measured latency or quality-parity guarantee.
