Workday Work Intelligence

Workday introduced Work Intelligence at its October 13 Rising event. The company says the product decomposes jobs into tasks, links those tasks to required skills, and helps employers plan training or role changes as AI alters work. It draws on Workday Skills Cloud and can be used alongside Decision Intelligence and Workday Learning. Work Intelligence is currently available to early-access Workday Human Capital Management customers. The announcement describes intended planning functions; it does not provide independent evidence that the product improves hiring decisions, employee outcomes, or the return on AI investment.
