Black Duck Signal Agentic Fix timeline

Signal Agentic Fix is Black Duck’s proposed scan, triage, fix, validate and review workflow for application security. It uses static analysis and software composition analysis alongside an AI coding agent or configured model. The company says generated changes remain subject to human approval.

The October 27 launch blog describes early access as a Claude Code plug-in for Coverity users, with additional coding-agent and pipeline support planned. At review time the product page still labeled Agentic Fix early access for November 1. The public sources therefore do not establish a consistent rollout date. They also do not specify a general installation command, supported host versions or public pricing; teams should confirm access and requirements with Black Duck.
