MonoCode is an MIT-licensed desktop app for agent clients already installed and signed in, including Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, omp and Hermes. It organizes project conversations, Git worktrees and file editing, reusing provider logins rather than selling model tokens. Provider costs remain separate.
Version 0.14.0 adds a detached remote host on Linux without systemd, including containers and microVMs. This experimental route survives SSH disconnects but has no automatic restart after process failure or reboot; reconnecting starts it again. Remote credentials grant control as the host OS user. The documented capabilities have not been independently reproduced by AITrending.
