NeuralMind timeline

NeuralMind indexes a repository into a code graph and supplies retrieved context to an existing coding agent. It is a memory layer, not a model or a standalone coding harness. Its Python package requires Python 3.10 or newer; installation uses pip install neuralmind, followed by a build of the chosen repository. MCP clients can connect to neuralmind-mcp; Claude Code hooks and a Hermes plugin offer prompt-time context.

The project describes a local default workflow with an initial public embedding-model download. The core is MIT-licensed, while neuralmind/tier2/ uses a separate source-available commercial license with a free single-seat grant. Version 4.17.0 adds query-time stale-index notices and repairs incremental graph updates. These are documented project capabilities, not independently reproduced AITrending results.
