pi-dispatch now lets self-hosted coding-agent jobs use selected MCP servers
Community reports 3 sources
A self-hosted queue and container runner for the pi coding agent, with job budgets, forge triggers and selected MCP servers.
What happened lately
pi-dispatch runs the pi coding agent as self-hosted background jobs, started from schedules, a command line or repository events. Jobs run in containers under a queue and spend limits. Version 4.2.0 adds a way to offer MCP servers in an operator-controlled overlay and select them for particular triggers. Its release documentation describes credential references, server checks and version requirements for the worker, receiver and job image. These are project-described controls; users should test their own configuration and permissions before relying on them.
