SecGuard
A Python security decision engine combining source-aware rules, SQL validation, PII checks and optional transformer classifiers.

SecGuard timeline
SecGuard is a layered Python decision engine, not a new foundation model. Its version 1.0.0 card describes normalization, provenance-aware rules, generated-SQL validation, checksum-based PII detection and optional transformer classifiers. Decisions are allow, sanitize, review or block.
The Hugging Face card declares MIT licensing, while warning that third-party classifiers have their own licenses and limits. Its published evaluation is author-run and shows substantially different recall and false-positive rates across categories. AITrending has not reproduced those results. The author recommends validating on real traffic before enforcing blocking decisions and retaining conventional application security controls.
