SuperIT timeline
SuperIT sells agent-assisted IT support for managed service providers and internal teams. Its November 2 announcement describes a move from early access to worldwide self-service availability, with North America as the focus market. It combines a Digital Twin built from environment context with an endpoint agent for diagnostics and actions on managed devices.
The company advertises a free plan with fair-use ticket triage and limited monthly AI credits, plus paid credit plans starting at US$99 per month. It says commands run with the signed-in user’s permissions and pass through allowed, approval-required or blocked policies. Its ability to resolve unfamiliar incidents, onboarding speed and evaluation results are vendor claims, not AITrending tests. Deployment involves connected business systems and an installed endpoint agent; it is not merely a chatbot or a model release.
