Telegram Search timeline
Telegram Search provides search, export and retrieval over a user’s Telegram history. Its English documentation describes semantic search, a web application and a local-first tg-search CLI for humans to authenticate and agents to compose explicit commands. It is a standalone application rather than a foundation model.
The CLI has a Homebrew installation route for macOS and Linux. Local profiles hold Telegram credentials and session data; remote read mode instead connects to a hosted server using its access token. The AGPL-3.0 license covers the software, while connected AI services use separately configured provider access.
