Iris-3B
Speridlabs' open-weight pixel-space image model, now with a four-step Turbo checkpoint.

What it does
Iris-3B is a three-billion-parameter image generator that outputs pixels directly rather than using a separate latent-space decoder. Speridlabs also publishes fine-tuned checkpoints for depth estimation and image restoration and upscaling. The base repository was created on October 5, not on the date of its latest Hub update.
The new checkpoint
On October 12, Speridlabs added Iris-3B Turbo weights and documentation for a four-step distilled version. The team reports 1024-pixel images in about 0.7 seconds on an H100 at batch four. That is a hardware-specific developer measurement, not a verified speed for consumer graphics cards. The model card lists Apache 2.0 and explains that Turbo has limits on long rendered text, seed variation and prompt controls.
