Pika H3 Flex Turbo LoRA timeline

The first fused FL2VA weights were uploaded October 29, 2026, after repository creation at 18:45 UTC. The community release combines Pika’s Flex adapter with LightX2V’s Turbo adapter as one standard LoRA file. It is not a separate Pika-hosted service or an official Pika performance claim.

The author’s English card documents ComfyUI loading at strength 1.0, four or eight sampling steps matched to the selected file, and CFG 1.0. An existing compatible MiniMax-H3 installation and its base components are required. The reported A100 comparison is the author’s measurement, not an AITrending reproduction. The weights use the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement rather than a permissive software license.
