Antigravity Gemini model changes timeline

Users in an English Reddit discussion report Gemini 3.1 Pro, Gemini 3.6 Flash and Gemini 3.7 Flash disappearing from their Antigravity model options after showing “Leaving Soon” notices. The original poster’s accompanying analysis says its October 13 CLI list contains Gemini 3.8 Flash as the only remaining Gemini family, alongside non-Google models. These are reported account observations, not an independently verified retirement across every account or Google product.

The same author reports Gemini 4 Argon model IDs and Low, Medium and High display labels in desktop build 2.23.0, absent from 2.22.0. Google’s changelog dates 2.23.0 to October 12, but does not announce Argon availability. Its model documentation, checked October 13, still lists all four Gemini families. The documentation discrepancy and unverified server-side availability are material: the client strings suggest integration work, not a confirmed launch date.
