Speculative Forcing
A video-generation research method that accepts converged token drafts early and spends further denoising computation on the remaining tokens.

Speculative Forcing timeline
Speculative Forcing treats intermediate video-token estimates as drafts. A verifier accepts tokens that appear close enough to their full-step outputs, freezes them and leaves their cached keys and values available as context while the remaining tokens continue denoising.
The KAIST AI and NAVER AI Lab authors evaluate training-free and learned verifiers on LongLive video generation and Lingbot-World 2.0. Their reported throughput measurements use one NVIDIA H100. At review, the public code repository says implementation is under internal review and will be released later; an installation recipe and runnable implementation are not yet provided. AITrending has not reproduced the measurements.
