Operator Memory timeline

Operator Memory adds durable Markdown knowledge to existing coding agents. Its documented workflow asks agents to consult project knowledge, build and update the relevant documents. A small session-start preamble loads instructions and maps; deeper documents stay on disk until needed.

The BSD 3-Clause project supports multiple harnesses, including Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode and Pi. Operator Helper requires Node.js 20 or newer. The plugin does not supply a new model or model-service credits. Its documentation acknowledges that knowledge can become stale if the agent fails to maintain it.
