Reticle timeline

Reticle embeds development instrumentation inside an app and exposes its observations to coding agents through MCP. The project describes verdicts backed by network responses, console events, application state and source locations, plus recorded flows that replay without another model-driven traversal.

The SDK, core and engine use Apache-2.0. The server, CLI and spec runner are source-available under FSL-1.1-ALv2, with each version converting to Apache-2.0 after two years. Local verification needs no account; the optional hosted Harness and linked dashboard introduce separate accounts, credits and data synchronization. The project’s framework documentation distinguishes end-to-end verdict tests from installation-only checks and unverified wiring.
