Google Antigravity timeline
Google Antigravity is an agentic development platform. DeepMind’s October 15, 2026 science walkthrough introduces an embedded Biomolecular Structure Viewer and a workflow for searching protein databases, comparing sequences and structures, reviewing genomic context and planning laboratory experiments.
The viewer shares highlighted residues and annotations between the scientist and the agent. In the published example, a researcher guides the scientific strategy while the agent coordinates tools and evidence. Google’s antimicrobial peptide candidate remains in wet-lab validation; the demonstration does not establish a proven antibiotic, clinical efficacy or a fully autonomous scientific discovery system. The announcement does not specify a separate price or universal rollout schedule for the viewer.
