Kortix timeline
Kortix runs agent sessions on isolated Linux sandboxes and branches, with agents, skills, memory and connectors configured in a project repository. Its CLI and web interface support on-demand work and scheduled triggers. Repository changes are proposed for human review; external tool approval rules need separate configuration.
Version 0.14.4 makes pi the default for new sessions in eligible gateway-enabled projects. Existing sessions retain their harness, and gateway-disabled projects stay on OpenCode. The release also adds cron overlap protection and automatic pausing after sustained hourly trigger-limit hits. The code uses Elastic License 2.0, with managed-service restrictions. Self-hosting still requires infrastructure and any applicable model or integration credentials.
